Title: Almost the leanest you can get natural without cocaine but some weed

So this is part dehydration and part lean wasnt drinking much water here

I can understand what you're saying, but I remember in a thread about this in another forum a link showing that herb does increase metabolic rate! It was on T-nation (yes that place blows) but that was a long time ago before I discovered real forums...

Jis nipples look worse than mine did.fact that he's lean and his nipples have a slanted poke outwards triangle like. He's got glandular tissue.... That lean its not fat.
