what do you really eat in a day?
remember, i don't want to hear that meal 7 nonsense or 500 grams protein bs or chicken brocly bs unless you really do it
i want to hear a sample diet of what you eat in one day
things like pizza, ice cream, trenbolona salad, etc etc

Ice cream mixed with eggwhites are delicious in any occasion, bulking, cutting, prep. Enough said.
high protein is a must, but 500 grams is stupid, lol.
well if youŽre on GH doesnt matter what you eat, youŽll be leaner than most of fellows.

about 3 days a week i'm very good diet wise. nanna's, blueberries, salmon ( :-X), avocado, brocoli, celery, onions (lots), pumkin & sunfloer seeds, almons, brasil nuts , steak, chicken breast, tinned tuna.. pretty healthy;;
breakfast - a handful of nuts, seeds and blueberries. the blueberies make this fucking delicious.
pre w/o - a bannana. post w/o - protein shake and bannan a
tea - steak, broccoli, spinich, with like a mixed salad of celery, onion, tomato,
then i'll spoil it all by haning a fish butty :P
huge spag bol with a whhole pepporoni pizza .
sometimes in bed i can't stop thinking of mashed potatoes and onion grave .. sweet mercy :P

tomorow night we'll be hammered and it'll be samosas, onion baghis, seek kebab with lashings of , for me, tenants super strength :P :P :P :P

i ate nothing yesterday. granted, i'm on a lot of DNP and i avoided eating so i didn't burn up and die of hypothermia. bodytemp was still 102 degrees, how does anyone who lives in warm climates run this shit?

i dunno, hard to tell cuz i'm holding water. i'd say about about 11% at the moment. i'm just real lazy when it comes to dieting, i used to be lower BF before i started my "cut" lol

Today I ate:
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 6 strips of bacon, two pieces of toast with organic preserves, 2 cups of coffee
Lunch: Steamed rice with sweet and sour chicken, seafood salad, watemelon shake
Dinnner: 2 kilo BBQ'd white fish Thai style
I just finished off a bowl of Fruit Loops and a small bag of cashew nuts as a snack. I'll probably eat a pizza or calzone later.

My biggest problem. I work hard all week, try and hit the gym every other day(doesn't always happen w work). And then the weekend comes and everyone wants to go to the bars. Of course I give in and get smashed. There goes my weekend and I'm hungover, no training and pissed at myself.

meal1: 1 cup organic rolled oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-1 1/2 cup organic unsweetened soy milk, 1 tbps flax seed, 1 cup blueberries/blackberries. 1 cup black coffee
meal2: 1 cup strawberries post workout
meal3: 1 cup organic brown basmati, 1 can albacore tuna, 1 cup raw spinach, 1tbs evoo, 1 tbs chilli paste, 1 organic granny smith apple
meal4: 1 pound of mixed veggies stir fried with curry and 1 free range chicken breast; veggies are generally kale, parsnip, shitake mushrooms, oinion, garlic, ginger, rutabaga, red/yellow/green peppers, carrots, zucchini etc etc
meal5: 2 tbs pb or if I'm energetic 3 whole eggs with 5 whites and 2 slices of non-fat cheese
I drink H2O liberally throughout the day. My meals change depending on the day. I eat red meat once or twice a month and the tuna could be exchanged for salmon or tilapia filets etc etc.

Raging fast metabolism. People are always jealous of it, but they have no idea how much it sucks from a bodybuilding perspective.
So many times I have wanted to throw in the towel and just be one of those little lean guys, it would be effortless for me.
I would say I am 10-12% bodyfat, 215lbs at 5'9'.5''
If I backed up on the eating just a tiny bit, I would get to 8% with ease, but I would lose LBM quickly too.
Before I really tried gaining muscle years ago, I was always an honest 8% just eating whatever I felt like.

5 days a week I'm pretty decent with my diet, the weekends slip due to working the door :(
I dont have a set diet, normally at what i feel like but its similar most days. Yesterday......
4 weetabix, milk, 500ml egg whites, bacon sandwich.
250g steak, oven chips, beans
Train - sip on gatorade with aminos
PWO: Pizza and protein shake
300g chicken, tandoori sauce, 100g rice and nann bread
Weight gainer around 7pm
500ml egg whites, ice cream, peanut butter and milk.

I'm cruising right now so I eat sensibly in terms of portions but I'm not making special meals just for myself; when the family eats pizza so do I, I just don't gorge on it. Supplement 50g protein shakes with fiber and a tablespoon of natty peanut butter 3 times a day.
2800-3500 calories, 250-320g of protein
When I get back on in May it completely shifts to higher volume everything.

In no particular order a typical day is;
Some fruit; normally 2-3 bananas and 2-3 apples a day
Some sort of vegetable stir fry with chicken breast
Cereal bars/muesli/oats
Ramen Noodles with chicken Breast
Sometimes I'll have fried eggs with toast or cheese on toast
I'll have a handful of nuts or linseeds for roughage and a spoon of extra virgin coconut oil with my high omega supps for EFA's and fats.

sundays i cheat though, sos i have carbs on sundays

breakfast ill eat half a pound of bacon with 4 slices of toast and a pint of milk around 80g protein
at around 6pm ill have chicken breast and pasta, around 70gs of protein.
rest of my meals are whatever i want,i still get around 5- 6 cos im always hungry, try to go with high protein choices but dont worry about carbs or fat.
id be obese if i diodt lift and work a very phyisical job + if i could afford to eat as much as i truly want :-\

not really, my portions are a big bigger. , i would say my average caloric intake is around 2500 daily,some days more. it works for me though, im happy with the results

for example, for dinner, i have anywhere between 12-14 oz of steak :

a 6oz steak is 450 calories, so a 12-14oz ribeye gives me around 1000 cals, plus 200-300 from beans. So you estimated my dinner to be 500, in reality its 1000+ . thats how i get 2500 calories.
