this means no stupid useless, injury-promoting squats.
This is way i plan on doing tomorrow:
legs extensions 3-4 sets
horizontal leg press x3 sets
45º leg press 1'5 style x 3 sets
Walking lunges 3 sets
Bench step ups supersseted with one legged squats (bulgarian) x3 sets
seated leg curls x4 sets
standing leg curls x4 sets
bread and butter squats squats can go fuck themselves.

leg press and leg extention is worse for knees than squats

So complicated.....do 4 sets of 6-12 squats.

what part of I DON'T FUCKING SQUATTING don't you peeps understand.
it hurts my knees, my hips, my lowerback my upper back, shoulder joints and neck.
and my form is perfect by the way i've been watched squatting by powerlifters, weightlifters and all of them have told me i squat perfectly.
My body is not mechanically made for squats.
