Are you happy with your results? If you are then don't worry what others think.  If you feel you could be doing better then change things around.  Me personally, I wouldn't do 5 exercises per bodypart, but only you can decide if thats what works for YOU.  Some people like high volume, high sets....I prefer lower volumes, low reps.

Exactly, IF the results are still good, then don't change anything.

If not, that's probably too much. IMO 6-8 sets for smaller muscles, 10-13 for larger muscles, training intensely. 3-5 sets for each exercise.

4 exercises is a good number.

when i did low volume, its was two to three exerise and 4-6 sets total. now that im tring high volume. im using 4-5 exerise, and end up 12-15 total sets. i've learned to be more open to different training styles

well " legs"  is quads hams calves glutes ....

1-2 per workout and 4 total really
biceps and calves will only ever get 1 exercise directly and 2 overall

unless you count back exercises as biceps and leg exercises as calves...
The idea is to stimulate the muscle, it does not move and stretch in different ways each muscle is specialized

So train them, rest them, feed them, then they will grow.

i do 6 exercises 3 sets of each for chest 18 sets total. but thats only once a week. back and quads same. shoulders gets 4 exercises 3 sets of each and so does hamstrings, and calves. for bi's,tri's,traps, and abs. its 3 exercises 4 sets of each. reps stay in the 4-10 range. i only train each part once a week and just shred it with partial holds on the last set of each exercise and no more than 30 seconds rest between sets. its working for me i've packed on a few inches to everything but my gut.
