1990 Mr. Olympia:
Mr. Universe 1985

He weighed 170lbs in the olympia,in his best condition up to that point,probably 175lbs in 85 at the worlds seeing as how he was in the under 80kg class.

If he had the modern lovely gut he would not even enter the 202 class. Probably around 220 give or take ;D

he looked great in 85.. came 2nd to al-sahat mabrouk from egypt (below).. i see francois's shape better but may be mabrouk won beacuse he was clearly bigger..

No he didn`t,he placed 5th in 85,Labrada won,he placed 2nd in 87 to Mabrouk.

I was at the 90 Olympia and it was "Drug Tested". Everyone's weight was down, so at 170 lbs Benfatto looked really good. It todays bloated BB world he would look like a teenager on stage.

Not really: he's too short, his head is too big compared to his body, and his neck too thin. Proportion wise he's terrible.

I'm not a fan of his physique but this is real bodybuilding: Shredded upper body before having shredded glutes!!
look at this shit now, this generation is totally lost and this the new standard since almost 10 years :(

He would absolutely outclass everyone.....He would look like a Greek statue and all the other competitors would look like friggin cattle. @ 170 pounds....Francis would own everyone on stage....they might have bigger bloated bodies....but he would look like a true world class bber.....imho.

El Shahat Mabrouk going to the dark side. Doesn't even look like
the same person. Modern bodybuilding at it's best. ;D

Compare the middleweight class from 25 years ago in that 1987 World champs video to the monstrosities we see today.The proof is in the other video with Mabrouk in it,he`s at least 44lbs heavier in the second video and looks ten times worse.
