Title: how much t3 increases metabolism

Anyone knows? Currently om 50 a day, bumping up to 75 Then 100 the last 4weeks, but im wondering how much it increases

28.745% increase of metabolism on 50 mcg

45.753% increase on 75mcg

74.322% increase on 100 mcg

Assuming your joking sense t3 will effect individuals differently. You probly are joking, im just too thick to catch the sarcasm lol.

OP if it helps I was losing 1lb a day on 100mcg of t3 and 3k calories. Lowered the t3 to 80mcg and it came down to about .5lb a day.
