Title: Ron Paul Draws 5,200 to Wisconsin Rally. Media Deems It NOT NEWSWORTHY!
Post by: Bindare_Dundat on March 30, 2012, 06:57:19 AM: Last night 1,800 people packed inside a building in Maryland while 200 people lined up outside. All to see Dr. Ron Paul. Tonight, more than 5,200 people stood outside in 40 degree weather to hear Dr. Paul speak. This beats his previous record and is now the largest Town Hall meeting Dr. Paul has had to date!

Ron Paul supporters are enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated. Many politicians have attempted to wrestle control of Ron Paul supporters by floating rumors regarding secret deals and back room meetings. These politicians do not seem to realize that this is a movement and is about more than just one man.

Well when he gets 5 digit crowds, then the media won't cover him unless he gets 6 digit crowds.

maybe, but 5 digit crowds are hard to ignore and they lead to 6 digit crowds

The crowds he gets now are hard to ignore! Especially compared to the rest of the GOP field's crowds. But the most he'll get in terms of news coverage is like 3 minutes on some local TV station and a short mention in a local newspaper.

When has Santorum, Gingrich or Romney brought in anything resembling that amount of people to show up to hear them speak? Ron had 10,000 show up in his 08 convention and it was crickets then too.
