Title: changing is hard

hey guys
 I love dong low volume but i always feeling that i can do more. some im thinking about going to change to high volume and  five days instead of four days. is this a good idea or to just stay with things?? i  get results from low volume. but just feel i need to do more or something. thx for the advice guys

If what you're doing now is working, there's really no point to change.  When the time comes that you stop progressing (plateauing strength and/or size gains), a change to volume, frequency, and rep range may be in order.  It's good to not always leave the gym feeling completely beat to shit as well.

Less is more.
You grow outside the gym with a decent diet. The weights are actually a small factor.
