Obama: My career is 'testimony to American exceptionalism'

Obama: My career is 'testimony to American exceptionalism' By Amie Parnes - 04/02/12 04:06 PM ET
President Obama defended his record on "American exceptionalism" on Monday, saying that his entire career has been a testimony to that core belief.
"It's worth noting that I first arrived on the national stage with a speech at the Democratic convention that was entirely about American exceptionalism and that my entire career has been a testimony to American exceptionalism," Obama said at a press conference alongside Mexican president Felipe Calderon and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
Obama's comments come days after GOP frontrunner Mitt Romney said Obama "doesn't have the same feelings about American exceptionalism that we do."
"I think over the last three of four years, some people around the world have begun to question that," Romney said in Wisconsin on Saturday. "On this Tuesday, we have an opportunity--you have an opportunity--to vote, and take the next step in bringing back that special nature of being American."
Asked about Romney's comments at the Rose Garden press conference on Monday, Obama--never mentioning Romney by name-- chocked it up to primary season politics.
"I will cut folks some slack for now because they're still trying to get their nomination," Obama said.

Obama: I Am My Brother’s Keeper – But Not My Actual Brother
Breitbart ^ | 4/2/12 | Ben Shapiro

In a campaign speech on Friday in Vermont, as reported by CNSNews.com, President Obama ripped into “you’re-on-your-own-economics” and actually suggested that hard work and personal responsibility were not supreme Biblical values. Instead, he suggested, “Hard work, personal responsibility – those are values. But looking out for one another. That’s a value. The idea that we’re all in this together. I am my brother’s keeper. I am my sister’s keeper. That’s a value.”
Apparently, being his brother’s keeper does not actually mean his brother’s keeper – President Obama’s half-brother lives on less than a dollar per month. “I have seen two of my friends killed,” says George Obama. “I have scars from defending myself with my fists. I am good with my fists.”
Beyond the obvious, Obama’s interpretation of Biblical stories leaves something to be desired. In the story of Cain and Abel, Abel offers a sacrifice and so does Cain; God is pleased with Abel’s and not with Cain’s. In a fit of jealousy, Cain kills Abel. When God asks Cain about it, Cain replies, “Am I my brother’s keeper?”

Obama really believes he's something special, doesnt he?
What other President in history has talked about how "great" they were?
Obama has all the traits of a despotic tyrant... Honestly, I think he was born in the wrong country. He should be ruling some 3rd world country where he can let his "awesomeness" be fully appreciated. ::)

Obama is a product of corruption, fraud, theft, good timing and manipulation.
There is nothing exceptional whatsoever about him other than his ability to continually fool people like yourself so badly.

I've posted in some of those threads before. I've stopped even considering reading them because more than 9 times out of 10 upon close inspection it turns out to be petty nonsense. Any little thing presented in the write words sets you off like fireworks.
