Probably less for his size than what a pro bodybuilder takes. The guy is just a genetic super-freak. He is 6'5 with wrists as thick as your ankles and ankles as thick as your upper arms. Just a monster.
The guy at 380 lbs had less bodyfat than the average man. He wasn't completely ripped, but he was lean. Just a monster. Sapp or Greg Kovacs, one of the two, was the biggest human male ever in terms of lean muscle mass.

it wouldve been cool if sapp didnt gas so quick, hed prolly woulda won alot more of his fights. prolly coulda been a pretty good bodybuilder
