I've heard upon awakening on an empty stomach. I've also heard immediately after weight training. Then I've heard none at all. What gives?

After the drugs. Walk out of bathroom, down stairs, "that's some good cardio". Proceed with day at leisurely pace.

don't listen to bro science. Anytime you use effort to lose calories and take in less than you use you will lose weight. Getting off the couch anytime and doing something is effective.

Doing your mom is pretty good cardio I heard

I like to do mine before training, as long as it gets done it doesn't matter.

bedtime with your mom

I run six days a week and lift weights three.
I always do my cardio after weights, if they fall on the same day. If you put your heart into running, there is no way to lift weights afterwards.
On running only days, I will have a small breakfast (oatmeal and banana) and run about an hour later.

Could be good, but dont forget you wont have an empty stomach since your boyfriend insists on dropping a hot load in to it every morning.

As early as possible. Minimum pre-cardio food.
Send me a postcard when you're famous and we'll call it even.

This is true. If running hard is priority there no way you can go for a hard run and immediately lift after. You should have trouble walking let alone lifting. I think most guys here just want to add a some cardio to their priority lifting. Then it really doesn't matter. I use to go for a hard run at work during lunch and about 6 hours later hit the weight room and it worked great.
