Title: Elbow Problem (Mods please leave for a few)
Post by: Pete Nice on April 03, 2012, 08:55:53 PM
I've had pretty bad pain in my right elbow for three years now, and after a few cortisone shots, countless Ice massages, stretches, and lower volume training the pain has never subsided.  I'm currently on my seventh month of absolutely no weight training and the pain remains.  I've seen a couple of orthopedic docs, but they both claim it's just tendonitis that needs rest and rehab.

The pain is on the outside of my elbow, right on the bone.

Has anyone ever had similar symptoms to these?  Is surgery the only real option at this point?  ???

I need real bad boy Getbig expert advice right here, any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

First advice, you need a new doctor. Seek out an HRT clinic or performance medicine or rejuvenation clinic. A therapeutic dosing of Nandrolone will remedy this problem. It may take about 12wks to feel a big difference, but through the enhancement of bone mineral content and collagen synthesis this should take care of it. Nandrolone worked for me in this way numerous times in years past.

What else do you do besides weight train? Any sport you play on a regular basis?

I have not played in sports specifically lately due to the elbow injury.  Before that I was an avid golfer, and played basketball twice a week.

Is this something that can be specifically brought up, or do I entrust in the physician with giving me the specific compound.  I like this idea though.

Sure it can be brought up, there's nothing against the law about therapeutic rejuvenation or performance medicine. However, if you're going to be taken seriously and have a doctor actually listen to you, you're going to have to find a doctor that actually understands such benefits and how such hormones work. Most states have a few places that specialize in this.

If the tendonitis is caused by calcifications in the tendon; the doc's may need to clear out the calcifications.
