he actually looks awesome there.

Inb4 the usual getbig ""all drugs" ::) He looks realy solid no wonder he went on to win 6 olympias.
-
Very impressive physique for his first contest! Legs have beautiful shape and overall he's really well developed. Biceps were always his weakpoint it seems but everything else is on par.
-
Destined to go all the way - how many of us here have trained for 10-15 years just to get on a par with that? :-\

i dont see them a weak point here.. not the same as his best parts but still not to the extent to be considered weak imo..

He actually entered a Mr Birmingham contest before this one,but in this contest (the pics above)he was in the novice class, and was that good he was invited to represent his country in the world games a week later. In the group pic above is also another future pro,and that was Gary Shelmerdine.

Great pics Sherief
Very good legs, back, everything
Definitely not a "hard-gainer"
-
and still some idiots claim Yates had "bad" structure.... lol....
great structure , and no real weak points.... overall very very very complete..... that is why the man won 6 sandows... and was undefeated as a reigning mr Olympia...
he had legs
he had back, his standout bodypart.
he had torso
he had calves
he had arms, ( yes not the most beautifull shaped ones but they were anything but small)
he had forearms
he had a good waist to shoulder ratio
no big weak point... very complete....
