well man, when the body goes into a state of shock from "external stressors" ie. less sleep, less food, harder training, it gets "energized" and you get more and extra enegry as a result of these stressors
a good example of this is "boot camp" training via the army
they put the cadets into this state via. less sleep, less food, and harder training and the cadets "discover" new found energy and endurance from this process

hey bro good to see you back
i do lunges with 45 pound dumbells then move to the 68 pound dumbells
with the 45 pounders i can get 9 reps per leg all the way to the ground with the heavier ones i get about 5 per leg
do behined the back barbell squats ,squatting down till the bar is across my calves then squat up with the weight no heavier than 200 pounds for 5-8 reps a set
chinups , my best effort is one set of 8 reps, all other sets 4 reps
one arm pushups 5 reps per arm

Looks good especially after doing hard ass work outside all day. Sometimes while at an energy deficit I'll down a 24oz PBR before a workout.

Good that you are getting back into working out. Personally, I believe you looked better when you were more cut. Perhaps you can recover what you've lost over the last couple of years now that you are getting back into exercise. Even at your "Mt. Everest" height, 325 lbs is too much to weigh. You seem to be very interested in your health. It is not really very healthy to weigh this much. For one thing, it is really hard on your heart. Regardless of whether one's weight is from fat or muscle, folks like you who are big frequently do not live as long as smaller folks do. You're young still, you probably don't see this as a problem. I'm an old guy who has witnessed too many big guys dying young because of their size. Best of luck to you Johnny.

Johnny, load up on tren, gH, anadrol and training 3-4x week with just basic heavy stuff, 6 hard sets/bodypart, 6-15 reps. gh15 has said you have the best genetics on Getbig, which I don't doubt given your height. Maybe he would help you. How cool would it be to get to a ripped 280? I could never do that because I'm too short. I'd probably stroke out at a bloofy 265ish :D But you could do it. Then you could go off after a time, do a shitload of cardio and be as healthy as ever before.
Think about it. It'd be a neat story and photos to share with the grandkidfalcons.

just curious what can you bench or deadlift at that size even natural i would bet its impressive that the size of the guys in the joint i seen bench near 500 just big and husky. you should be able to hit 400 easy i would guess.
