One of my bro's on an MMA site said that if I took creatine and did a lot of heavy squats my quads would be too jacked to do some of the UFC submission moves. Any thoughts?

Perhaps, but one would have to know the nature of both the squats and the creatine. The question needs more pondering.......

You gotta watch that creatine, or you might wind up winning an Olympia. I don't like squats because they cause me to produce too much testosterone and my dick gets so big that I run out of blood for my brain when I'm horny.
leg extensions and not too much food should give you that natural 230lb lean ripped physique you're after. Perfect for whooping everybody's ass.

Forget squat, get your bench press numbers up, as everyone knows if you bench a lot that automatically means you can kick anyones ass
