Asians are actually considered the race that has the best calves with bodybuilders

but there are exceptions, i myself don't have the best calves

doing leg curls only.
i have a injured low spinals too :-\

That's the price of decades of lifting and lookin' good...

I know old lifters who can barely do exercises at gym because they have injured every single part of them. Yet they still come to gym. That's dedication  8)
