WOW.  no wonder his lawyers bailed.  Dude is losing his marbles here.  Charges could be filed today.  "winning"  ???

No they wouldn't.

If they had a potential prison sentence staring them in the face, they would be doing exactly as their counsel tells them to do.  Not trying to make talk show appearances.

1) the perfect self-defense script, as prepped by his dad, and

2) different from the statement he gave to police before being prepped.
