recently saw posts stating it didnt matter if you took 30 iu hgh at once or split it up thoughout the day it was all the same. is this legit info or bullshit wont there be a difference in growth from timing and splitting it up?

no one really knows for sure but it would be easier to tolerate spilt up that's the biggest reason people do it well fat loss also.

second ide rather hear first hand experience and other guys opinions than just 1 biassed study or google search, btw no crack. only drugs that are anabolic bro... ;)

30iu of GH taken at once will take a day and a half for it to clear out of the body. if you split it up and inject it into different spots, theoretically it should clear out of the body faster since the large molecule size of GH is what causes the slow clearance due to the difficulty of osmosis and absorption, and when injecting it as smaller injections it would have more surface area exposure with tissue and capillaries and be absorbed faster.
just IV it if you are at the point of running 30iu a day, honestly.

honestly i didnt think guys really iv'd gh, what would be the protocol for that, how would one go about that, just shooting directly into vein?
