I stoped training for 8 days and I am deflated and it looks like I lost gains from last few months. ::)
Diet was also reduced to normal.
How is it possible? :-\

Everything is normal.
You can use the next 2 years to grow back your gains and get fat doing it, then lose them again while dieting down.

Pff in a week or two of training you'll look better you don't lose jack shit in a week
