If JOJ can bring better balance to his physique and come in shredded, he'd be tough to beat. Guy carries a lot of muscle. Enormous traps.

I've always thought jj looked good.never understood why he never does well in shows.maybe its because he never has put on the super mass that the top guys have.he looks impressive.but never makes the improvements to advance.

his chest is among the best there is (HOFamer), traps as well. His upper body is probably one of the best out there right now.

He actually might be able to win a few contests now just due to his longeveity.....Look at Branch Warren......thats why he's winning contests left and right all of a sudden....none of the pros of today have the muscle maturity and density that Branch and Johnnie have
