Friend of mine just bought 2 tubs of Reflex Creapure (actually good stuff in relation to some of cheap mono you can buy)
I told him there's no point while he's dieting, he's a natural lifter and he wants to get down to 6% bf for a few weeks/i.e. get as ripped as he's ever been just to see etc.
He was going to take 5g 35mins pre workout just because some of his lifts are suffering on the low carbs, and he wants the strength boost.
I told him that the water from the creatine would fuck up his lines, as he's already at about 9%bf - but what do you say?
Cheers

Not sure that mono would add much value. Studies showed that creatine absorption requires some carbs/sugars. I take the buffered stuff (purple K... 2 pills am, 2 pills pm) but that's because mono runs right through me.
The problem with creatine is that there have been very few double blind clinical studies sinces the 50s-60s. Most of the recent ones are just marketing.

I fixed that for ya.
No need to thank me! ;)

I say yes. Within 3 weeks or so, the muscles will become saturated making them look fuller, rounder and you will be stronger. I never go off it.
