I've been a member for 9 years now and have never used it once. I pay $80 a year so that's $720 dollars for nothing. I keep on saying that one day I'll need their help but for fucks sake. By the time I do need a tow, it better be worth the grand I've already dropped on it.

I never made it past AA... :-\

Getting way ahead of yourself. The first step is simply admitting you have a problem.
-
Kind of yes.
My country is in the very small minority today of countries to have AAA rating from all the major rating agencies 8)

If you have a fairly new decent car I don't see the point. A tow truck isn't that expensive unless you get ripped off. So if you need a tow once every 9 years it might run you a couple of hundred. Many tow truck places will throw out the charge for the tow if you let them repair the car. If you have an old car it's worth it to have AAA.

How come so many guys all own handguns yet belong to a rifle association?

Because of 2nd amendment.

Pillowtalk was a NAMBLA member

I've had it for 15 years I believe. I think i've used it 5-6 times. Its only $99 a year. It's worth it in my opinion.
-
Better check your insurance, because most car policies include a certain amount of towing a year.
-
My parents are members of AAA - and just recently my dad had a battery situation with his car in DC and AAA came through.
Its one of those things where you'll usually not need them, but when you do, they can really be helpful!

bwhwhahwhhahwhah the 2nd amendment is so outdated, it has completely been misinterpreted and now people abuse it like the Zimmerman guy. Only military should be allowed to have guns, and when they are not in use, they should be kept under lock and key for military, no civilian guns at all, pathetic people hanging onto their guns, grow a pair.

I've had it for about 12 years and might have uses it 5 times but its worth it. Think of it as keeping an attorney on retainer.....you never know when you will need him.

Would be fun, I highly doubt could get military to fire on own citizens though. Most I know are avid gun rights advocates.

As far as guns go, the cat is already out of the bag. Make them illegal and the same thing will happen when they tried to make alcohol illegal. As long as the Hierarchy keeps pushing Doom and Gloom on the citizens of the world, guns will always be in the hands of basically anyone who wants one. It would be wild to see the kind of guns that would be made by the underground if "they" were ever to make them illegal.

I know a guy in Colorado that makes his own hand crank gatlin guns and mounts for right around 6k. :D

no they would use those microwave things mounted on trucks and shit to get people to surrender, no need for gun's, maybe just knock the people out with gas dropped from above first then come in and take the death machines, at least you would be saving lives and Trayvon would still be alive today.

A far better argument than that armed militia nonsense. If I lived in the US, assuming I couldn't make all the guns disappear with a snap of the fingers, I'd own a gun too. It is too late.

You got to have guns thats why we dont have gun laws in the US = defense, if not only the criminals have them to do damage as they wish.

Sadly, I agree. You have to admit it sounds like a society living on the verge of chaos tho. More like a description you'd expect of Rwanda than of the US.
