Deadlift!
I absolutely love ripping up heavy shit off the ground. It always gets me hyped up more than any other exercise. Its also the best exercise for gaining overall mass out there, and only a noob would not use it.

Agreed. Real men deadlift, and it's a better gauge for your strength than anything. All the hormones in your body just make you wanna pick up something heavy and that's why they're so fun for me.

Pull ups and dips you can be built like nig on those two exercises. Grape kool aid and rice and beans for post workout meal.
