Title: Admit it - we all secretly shadowbox once in a while

but can you swing looping punches so fast the your hands make a swooshing sound through the air?

never fully extend so you dont pinch that elbow joint

not sure how you through out your sholder though on a punch i just have to worry about hyperextending the elbow joint

I was just messing around but I know what you mean you can hurt your elbow if you put a snap on the end of your punches. I miss having a heavy bag in my apartment. When I was living with my buddies we had a hundred pound canvas bag complete with a nice stand. What workout that was. We got pretty crisp with our hands after some practice. We even got mits started doing some different drills.

I also used wrist weights, they contained sand,

they broke
