If you have enough vegetables and protein, carbs and fats in your diet, but your stool is very hard. Other than the obvious oatmeal, which would you add more of for fiber. Or any great cereals.

Fuck fiber.

1. Beans. Think three-bean salad, bean burritos, chili, soup.
2. Whole grains. That means whole-wheat bread, pasta, etc.
3. Brown rice. White rice doesn't offer much fiber.
4. Popcorn. It's a great source of fiber.
5. Nuts. Almonds, pecans, and walnuts have more fiber than other nuts.
6. Baked potato with skin. It's the skin that's important here.
7. Berries. All those seeds, plus the skin, give great fiber to any berry.
8. Bran cereal. Actually, any cereal that has 5 grams of fiber or more in a serving counts as high fiber.
9. Oatmeal. Whether its microwaved or stove-cooked, oatmeal is good fiber.
10. Vegetables. The crunchier, the better.

prunes, dried fruits & lots of water.......I used to laugh when I was a kid, when my parents ate prunes, and dried fruits....Then one day.........Well after that I never laughed about that again. ;)

Perfect breakfast shake to start your days.
8 oz. water
2 ice cubes
2 scoops whey protein
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1/2 cup of fiber one (original)
blend for 30-45 seconds. PRESTO!!

A fiber supplement such as Chia Seeds and tons of water throughout the day. Grind up the chia seeds in a coffee grinder and use 1-2 tablespoons per day with plenty of water and you're good to go.

Some good suggestions on here. I'll pass this advice on. Also, what's happening with his digestive system is other than the hard stool now he's experiencing bloating in his i think most likely large intestines. YES, I know should probably see a Dr. But about 3-4 months ago he did a blood test and it came out good. He doesn't have any inner bleeding and his urine is clean. Long story short, he'll have to seriously clean up his diet to avoid the hard stool and bloating in his large intestines. Well for the bloating he needs to avoid sugar and salt if I'm not mistaken.

metamucil (fybogel around these parts)... use it consistantly for 3 days then tell me your colon and intestines arent sparkly clean.

Wheat gluten can fuck you up. But in America, almost everything has it in it and the media won't tell the truth about it.

SUGAR-FREE Metamucil... the BEST.

I buy organic cow man manure and munch on it daily. Very nutritous, excellent fiber and very cheap to buy from any farm. give it a try guys. You'll like it. :)
