Title: anyone ever had Epididymitis?

About a month ago i felt like i got kicked in the nuts and reached down to discover my right nut had enough swelling it was like a 3rd nut...doctor said i had an infection...6 weeks later after 40 days of antibiotics and i am still a little swollen

sounds like it is just bad luck and difficult to get rid of...i had a vasectomy 1-1/2 years ago and the doc said that greatly increases the odds because the sperm builds up in the vas deferens and can cause swelling and pain

never ever had this problem before...fucking sucks...i am now wearing a jock daily, anti inflams, and heat

not sure what you are saying? please be more specific...i new i would get razzed about this, but this is my place for ranting and being honest ;D

this crap is supposed to be most common in men 19-35

i am 35 for two more months...what the fuck!!!!!!!!!

it's gotta be the vasectomy...guess i am paying for the last year and a half of busting gallons into my wife without a second thought

I had that... I had to take antibiotics. Cipro & biaxin

my doc is putting me on Cipro next week if these anti inflams dont work...i was on doxy somthing for 40 days

i really hate taking antibiotics....i eat yogurt daily to prevent my digestive system from getting fucked up

take zinc & selenium

dont have sex at all..... You probably have a bacterial infection of some sort

i don't think the abstenance will help because the infection is on the part that sits on top of the nut...i have a vasectomy so this part is disconnected from anything that could work its way back from sex...i will try the zinc since it is dirt cheap and worth a try

Why the vasectomy? Do you have 10 kids? Are you white? If so you should have continued till you had 20 and then stopped  :P
