Wrong. You can never clean up the drug czars, kill one 5 more pop up. The only way to stop them is to take away their market by decriminalizing and legalizing drugs.

"They" the Hierarchy love having the drug trafficer's there. Not only do they protect America's drug interest, but they also help bring more Mexicans across the border to live in America. The plan is to have the Mexican's take over the majority in America. This allows the elite's bloodline to stay at the top for generations to come. Brilliant plan if you're the select few at the top.
