Fresno, lol, that is one thing Jay has on him.

Kos is getting paid due to putting butts in seats, you either want to see him win or see him getting knocked out.
He is and always will be at the top of his division.

He was at the top a few years ago, but he's been surpasses by guys like Diaz, Condit, MacDonald, Hendricks, and Askren as far as skill.
But you're right everyone hates him and pay to see him lose.
-
At least Jay still has his dignity plus keeps the house after few years... this nobody will most likely be bankrupt after his "career" (lol @ calling raging in cage half naked a career) is over.
-
I thought these mid level fighters got paid nothing. Could it be he came from a rich family and it has nothing to do with UFC? It was just a couple of years ago the headliner from a UFC fight got paid $200K.
Can somebody fill me in what these guys are making? That is an impressive crib and rides.
-
He will be broke eventually.
-
Calling Dr. Adonis to criticize the house.

yeah no shit, this guy was on the ultimate fighter what 6 years ago. That has to be a multi million $ house.
-
jay probably has dozens of houses
-
jay should be in the other big house with his buddy craig titus like the crook that he is
-
I really dont see how he earns that kinda money either imo he should have made a few millions but that looks like the life style of someone that should be worth 20-40 million though at least.

He buys a million dollar house and as long as he is making UFC money he can pay the mortgage. As soon as his career ends and he no longer has money coming in, he won't be able to pay for his lifestyle, and it all comes crumbling down. Happens all the time with athletes. They need to live modestly while they are active, invest their money and enjoy their retirement.
-
That house is a lot more than a million.
-
dana white came out in an interview and said the UFC does not disclose the 'real' earnings of fighters. they give you the purse totals, but they make a shit ton more on top of that, by the ufc directly, not just thru endorsements.

How is this accurate unless you have a tax return and know how much cash he's making under the table which is common practice in the UFC?

I have to agree with Che on this one. That dude is "pay as you go", and will be broke when the UFC checks stop coming. As much as I hate Jay, I'm betting 95% of his stuff is paid in full.
-
dude lives in fresno.... FRESNO, ca... Plenty of Mexican fruit pickers and Strawberrys....
The bank will be tossing this UFC dude out that house in a year or two, cutler will live at his place as long as he remains success full at this T-shirt Shop so kerry can keep basking in Jays Fortune
-
i like jay's place more.. very homely and all bought and paid for 8)

headliners get a % of the ppv buys that the event gets. GSP makes around 3-4 million $ per fight. koscheck mainevented vs him in montreal and prolly got around 1-2 mil for that i would assume. also heard a former manager in the sport says that if a guy earned 200k for a fight (and wasnt getting ppv cut) he could get them atleast that much in sponsor money aswell.
-
not bad...

Hundreds . . . Duh ::)

I don't believe GSP gets 3 to 4 million a fight. It seems every guy that retires from the UFC complains about how the pay stinks. Even their fight bonus for fight of the night is low. I hear Dana and crew have incredible wealth. It seems every boxing match how much the fighters get is out there and the only real game in town for MMA the UFC wants to keep pay a secret.

wrong, GSP ended up with over 3 million for the fight in Toronto. For the last BJ Penn fight GSP got 600 000 dollars for the night of the fight only, then he got a percentage of the payperview, well over half a million there and he got paid big dollars for the promotional shows leading up to the fight. The UFC is not the only game in town either, Andre Arlovski got 1.5 million for his fight with Fedor. I think most fighters complain cause the gap between the big names and the no names. I remember Kieth Jardine got 20 thousand 1 fight as a nobody then six months later found himself in a co-main event making 150 thousand

hahaha, Koschek owns Cutler :D

Not bad for a few bums who fuck about down the gym for a couple of hours, and then go shopping all day with their 'hot' girlfriends.

Then they are getting decent paydays. I wonder if they will ever get to the big boxing fight pay days?
