Nothing more then that. I just think he is a fruit cake I really dont know how to put in words. I will say this if anyone young is reading this dont belive a fucking thing that comes out of ross's mouth aka bignshreeded. His diet advice is so idiotic he quotes research that he really dont even understand.

Your would be better off taking advice from some fat kid on here that never took steroids but read getbig for 3 weeks then ross.

not to menton this even the guy I think had a contest on some other board for some supplement he sells and didnt even send the winners there crap supplements. Ross = scammer

really double scammer sells bunk pills and then dont even send them lol
