my finger joints and forearms have been killing me for about 2 months now.
after i do a set of curls of any kind or weight, my forearms are fuckin dying... and when i do deads, or shrugs, my fingers siffen upi a whole lot, and they are hard to move the next day..
any advice, or words of wisdom ?
