blood tests should be done before the cycle to make sure everything is normal, if u wanted to get one during the cycle to make sure nothing is happening that could be damaging, and one after the cycle to make sure everything went back into normal ranges.

its good to do, nobody knows how ur body will respond or react to juice, with the blood tests, u can know what REALLY  is going on if anything.

i know, but i'm terrified of having blood drawn... the veins, it just freaks me out.

trust me bro, im exactly the same way, i stick a needle in me like its drinking water, but once it goes into a vein (like blood being drawn) thats a different story, i can stand it, but i guess its something we are going to have to get used to.

thanks, i'll let you know the results, i'm gonna try to see if they can sedate me a little..
