Title: Do you wear a squeem? The secrets of the pros?

It seems like every bikini competitor is wearing a squeem before contests to stay in shape? It is the secret that all of the trainers tell their clients, yet think no one else knows? I had to laugh tonight at the NPC Contra as one competitor told her 'secret' to another.  She was surprised she already knew.  

But the worst if when the guys start wearing it as their little secret too.
