if the questions means, "would arnold still win in todays BB world?" Then you can't look at what arnold brought to the stage in the 70's. For example, look at how Lou changed his body to compete when he made his comeback in the 90's. If arnold was a BB today then he would have look most of todays top BB. Then it would really come down to the politics of BB. who does he know? how well connected is he in BB politics.

Absolutely, Arnold would win today if he played the same game
everyone else does. The only if would be his legs but I don't
think that would be a problem since legs weren't a big priority
when he was competing.
