here is their chance to come clean.its better to post a pic even if you look like shit, rather than posting none at all.like true adonis and cleanest natural have done.

Do you really think you're in a position to give anyone advice on diet or training when you admit to juicing and still have 14' inch arms?
Yes I have posted pics dozens of times on here and while I am nothing special compared to some on here my physique is superior to yours in every way.
Vince's arms and shoulders are twice as big as yours even when he is standing relaxed with good lighting and you are flexing in the dark in your moms kitchen.
