20 plus years of bodybuilding is unheard of these days.....Ronnie coleman will wish he'd look like Vince if he can make it to 55yrs old

Clearly Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates type of training is what makes you a bb champion but will also reduce your longevity.

one of the all time greats, just can never watch more than 20 seconds of his vids due to the shitty shit music he poses to, that boys to men stuff really grinds my gears!!!

He recoved well from his surgery and is training again. Always looks good.

Vince once held the title as "the most entertaining bodybuilder on stage"....a certain Queen Tamali wanted that title so bad for herself, but she could never get it........I guess Vince still is.....oh..wait a minute, I forgot the Grape fruit Fcuker
