ego,,,if u have big size like these guys more plates look better.yeah that whole wrapped wrists,elbow's to move more weight kinda defeats it unless u have some soreness or injury,yates used some wraps/support but he was strong and huge.

Yates didn't use wraps, those were just sleeves to keep his joints warm.

that was almost as bad as watching a Branch training video. I thought DoggCrapp was about slow and controlled, medium-high reps to failure?
