WTF is up with bodybuilding these days? Condition? Have any of these clowns heard of a bicep split?

well stated. bodybuilding got to the point art was at about 80 years ago. it evolved into something that is on the very contrary to what it used to be. for the sake of overall conditioning, ie. shredded glutes people have forsaken old idea of what conditioning.

truth is, only weird and gay people care about shredded glutes. it's bodybuilding, not conditioning contest. physique is more important than hams, glutes and all that crap.

Yeah, well people didnt seem to understand you can come in with shredded glutes but still out of shape elsewhere.
Its been a misconception since Ronnie's day. Its just kept getting worse.
