Title: Monster Progress
Post by: MONSTER_TRICEPS on May 27, 2012, 01:59:50 PM
2011 vs 2012. Training my ass off doesn't seem too rewarding at this point.  ;D

Different, check the abs. Looks like he put on some size, not sure what he's bitching about. He's either a whiner that expected to look like Dennis Wolf after one year or he's just trolling to show off his pics.

1kg.  ;D

This is why I started juicing....so much work for so little (if any) in return. That kilo is probably half fat/water anyway since you look a little leaner before. Good build though.

So this is one of the dudes who gives me shit all the time? Haha!

Reason I give you shit is your obvious lies about your bench press world record. Also I cannot stand your attitude when it comes to topics about training. Some people have different opinions than you have and you automatically seem to classify them as retards. Other than that, you are right about a lot of things regarding training and you have a beautiful dog.  ;D

Yeah I fully understand your decision.

a physique a mother and father could be proud of

Great coming from the master himself.  8)

Natty?

Whats your training and diet looks like?

Yes meso, natural.

Regarding training: I train fullbody 4 times a week and focus mainly on compound lifts, like squats, benches, deadlifts, rows, cleans, etc. Generally very low rep (3-5) and high volume. I love training and trying to get stronger.

Diet: I used to "bulk" like the magazines tell you to do. Unfortunately you will look like shit eventually.  ;D Year and a half ago I started Intermittend Fasting (leangains etc) and had great results with it. Tons of energy troughout the day, while losing fat and retaining strength. I generally start eating at 2-3 in the afternoon, a high protein, low carb meal. Then workout, and after the workout lots and lots of carbs. You can still lose fat even while totally pigging out in the evenings. Also the way you retain strength while dieting is amazing. I must say I feel great doing this. Way better then when I was spastically eating oatmeal and tuna every 2 hours.  ::) ;D

Coach, he looks in great shape. Maybe not as in steroid bodybuilder look but inshape. You're in better condition than this? I think it comes down to this. If he is drug free he looks fantastic if he is using drugs he wasting his time buying drugs.

This why training without supplements sucks.

No natural will ever look like he trained when clothed. Brutal but true.

I was giving him shit back. I don't train as a bodybuilder anymore so my condition wouldn't be relevant.

 ;D

how much has your strength gone up over the past year?

I went from squatting 1x170kg to 1x200kg and 3x4x175 (OL style) so I am very pleased with my gains there.

Bench: No gain, hope to bench 150kg this year though. Old PR 140kgx1

Powerclean 130kg was pretty pleased with that too.

BW 88kg right now.

@ DP: Chocolate Flavour please (no mudshark)
