When all you can see is the eye lids of someone...they are fucking lying to you. I fast forwarded through all of it just try to get a laugh...but let me guess these are the things he said....
1) At some point he says he was dialed in to come in the best he has ever looked
2) He tried something new with his card depleting
3) He started carbing up too early/late
4) He tried some different foods with carbing up
5) He noticed immediately that he was spilling over but nothing he did stopped it (yet continued to carb up)
6) The next day he looked 1000x better....
7) He won't use the same prep coach next time because he learned his lesson
8) The next show he will look 1000x better than he has ever looked
9) At some point he had some flu/cold/stomach virus/sinus infection/bronchitis/etc etc etc

I still don't know what type of insanity you would need to inject any type of oil into a muscle. They have no fear of oil in the blood stream and the damage of the kidneys trying to filter it out? Some of these morons say they are smart because they only use vegetable oil and not petroleum based. Vegetable oil can be eaten and should not injected into the body.

eh, when i was running 7g's a week, i'd be putting 3cc into ear rear delt, 2cc into the medial, 2cc into each bicep and 3cc into each glute once a week (and that was cyp and eq alone), plus the 1-2cc each of daily inj's into various sites of tren/npp.... i couldn't imagine wasting injection sites with oil that didn't contain a hormone, and i can't imagine any pro's/am's doing it either.

I have been saying this for a long time, People forget that some bodybuilder at the top level are doing 50-60 cc per week, so some funny lump or a misshappen muscle doesn't necessarily mean SEO

Easy, take the veins away and he really is not that shredded, yes cut but not super shredded, the veins come out when the skin is very hot, sometime when you first jump on stage your body is cold from the pro tan, heats up with lights and the posing then the veins come out

Doesn't he do the Palumbo no carb diet? Everyone looks flat and lacks vascularity on those carbless diets. You can't recompensate by last minute carb loading neither since that'll only backfire after not having had carbs for so long.

What the hell are you talking about, I go no carbs all the time and there is absolutely no different when carb loading from no carbs or carb loading from already having some carbs, the end results is the exact same, I compete and I prep people for shows using low and no carbs, you are making this up, I have never heard of that and I live at these shows, when you carb up the body throws the carbs in the muscle no matter what, and veins come out too. here are pictures of No carb, ketosis and only 300 grams of carbs in these picture after 10 days of absolutely no carbs whatsoever

This is from the same exact contest on Saturday at the NPC California.

But yes, PJ four days before the contest, and at prejudging was a different bodybuilder. He messed up, and he acknowledges that in the video response he made, unlike others that complain. PJ will be back, competing most likely July 21st at the NPC Los Angeles, and if all goes great, will head to Vegas for the NPC USAs!

I like PJ, but here is the problem and 99% of bodybuilder have this problem,..... bodybuilders will say they over carbed or didn't carb enough or they couldn't get rid of the water or anything but 99% of bodybuilders will never admit that they weren't lean enough and that is the problem with PJ, in his video he said he was shredded but the problem was he couldn't fill out and this might be true but he is not being true to himself when he doesn't identify the problem as "not being lean enough" we have seen him leaner before and I truly believe if he admits to himself that he doesn't come in lean enough he can get his bro card, first step is identifying the problem,... very common among bodybuilders.

Ron, I believe people are taking issue with PJ because their was no reason for him to make a statement regarding his condition....Not only that, it was a company sponsored video which made it kind of cheesy.
I think the main issue is that PJ is traveling way too much which is affecting his condition. Having to fly from New York to Florida to California etc can be very stressful especially dealing with the airports and being tired is detrimental to his physique. He was obviously trying to qualify for the Nationals but he would have been better off doing a National Qualifier more local to his area which there are plenty of.
But he's qualified now so hopefully he'll next time try to travel down to the Nationals or USA'ss a few days earlier so he can be well rested and ready for battle. But he needs to leave the NPC Los Angeles alone because there's no reason to do so. If he's serious, then he needs to cut down on his travel a great deal
