A lot of guys are able to maintain their strength when coming off gear...I mean bodybuilding wise. I'm sure the speed and performance of athletes overall would drop but I'm curious to what extent it would affect a fighter like Alistair. hmmm....

That was taken at my gym. Alistair is still a big dude. Wide as hell, but he's definitely down a little bit in size. This Jaco training company took over my gym. Used to be a great bbing gym. Now its crawling with MMA douches.

Dude, tell me about it. used to be my gym too. The old stealth management switcharoo happened keeping the members on the back burner. now that they re arranged the equipment and took out my fav machines it sucks. not to mention the mirror in the back...said they gonna make that a crossfit area..heard that and canceled the rest of my membershit.
oh yea and the MMA zombie elves are beyond annoying...sad story.

Gayer than going completely off because of ONE missed steroid test and showing the whole world, that they were right.
What you do after a missed test is stay on, switch esters to more difficult to detect fast esters or exotic comounds and act like nothing happened, not deflate like a fucking balloon and make a sour face.

Regarding his testing positive for steroids, what about these reports:
Overeem’s T/E ratio was greater than 10-1, well above the 6-1 ratio that is the cutoff for positive tests in Nevada, said Keith Kizer, commission executive director.
Alistair Overeem failed a drug test, leaving his scheduled May 26 bout with Junior dos Santos in doubt.
The World Anti-Doping Agency and the United States Anti-Doping Agency considers anything above a 4-1 T/E ratio a positive. Kizer said that Quest Diagnostics, the lab that processed Overeem’s test, reported to the commission that his ratio exceeded 10-1.
“I’m trying to get the exact number [from Quest], but all we have so far is that it exceeded 10-1,” Kizer said.

I know that they didn't test him for any particular PED, but what else would cause his testosterone to be so high?

Totally sucks. They took out some of my favorite stuff too. They moved all the benches to where the free weight area used to be. Free weight area is now smaller which sucks. Where are you training now? I used to train at delray fitness and then Fitness Now off spanish river.

Yeah it is. Glenn was in there a couple days ago with Alistair and some other tall black dude. They were doing a photoshoot for some nutrition company. Robinson looks like your typical schmoe. He's ugly and fat as fuck.

Look back in time. He gained large amounts of lean mass over short period of time. This guy screams of test overload. Look at the face bloat, yet he is lean everywhere else. Textbook testosterone plus numerous other agents. 16:1 ratio. That was a conservative level.

For someone who came off gear, he is still sharp. Most come off and go soft, but he still has cuts. Probably on some GH or something to keep some swole.

can someone explain how a high level athlete in any sport can fail a drug test? where are his coaches? look at the ifbb world championships.. all test to ioc standards.. yet 230-240 pound shredded freaks.. almost all pass.. my god he stood across from brock and brock passed.. how does he fail these tests..? it is as silly as seeing guys trying to pass tests with nandrolone in their system.. do some research for pete sake..
