Title: Trip to Vegas and Van Halen concert

So I just got back form my trip to Vegas with a few realizations made along the way:

1 - society as a whole looks like utter shit. I'm not in great shape and I felt really fucking good about myself in comparison. My wifey and I were easily some of the best in the room on many occasions (more of a testament to how god-awful everyone else was LOL). Especially so at the concert.
2 - downtown on Fremont at night was not a place to take the kids
3 - the Van Halens (Eddie, Alex, Wolfgang) are still quite capable musically, sound was great. Wolfgang's backing vocals impressed.
4 - now that David Lee Roth is out of the closet, holy shit did he get over-the-top gay flamboyant.
5 - He also talks through most of the songs instead of singing, although when he did actually sing he can still hit the notes

David Lee Roth has never said he was gay... At least not that I can recall.
