i used to train when i was sick back in the day, it wasnt the smartest thing though. if youve been training hard and consistant and eating clean a few days off from the gym wont hurt at all
-
A slight cold yes. A bad one no. How can you train with a fever or aching bones with that virus feeling?
-
nah this one is just bad right after waking up, then i feel fine, then there are short and random tiredness and sweating bursts.
i think can be classed as a minor flu.
it was really bad 2 days ago, haha, after simply flexing the abs a bit, id burst out in sweat attacks and pretty much fall asleep right after ;D
Damn son, sounds like you got the AIDS.
-
i remember getting fever and spots on the tongue after some sustanons ;D
Did you get these after blowing your dealer for steroids?
-
You can usually train thru a cold, but I don't suggest training thru a flu.
Regardless of what you have, training will hamper your body's ability to recover from it as fast as it could have if you had rested and not trained.
When I was younger I'd train through any illness. Now that i'm older I stay home and rest. A few days off won't affect anything in the gym and will allow you to kick the bug faster.
Honestly, bed rest is best for any illness. It will shave time off of your recovery rate.

Make sure to keep your abs tight. Good luck.

I would just rest, bro. Let your body recover. Stay hydrated.
