Because that is what the judges deserve if they make Branch "The Goblin" Warren a Mr. Olympia.

Hell even an off-season Dennis Wolf is more a Mr. O than this ugly turd.

They can't justify Branch as Mr. O, no one can...what, his values and beliefs? Does he believe in looking like a frog from the back with back detailing that is embarassing? Shifty T-Rex arms with apalling forearms?
Furthermore, Phil never won the Arnold, which is not mandatory, but he was always improving, and consistently came in condition.

What the judges are doing is basically showing that the fans mean nothing, they are the final say, it seems more like a powerplay/greed/ego trip than anything else. Take a look the dilution of the "sport" just to gain money...Money that another sport, MMA, has taken away, due to the dwindling interest in Pro bbing---these two have the same base.

Pro bbing is a self regulating entity, that needs an outside force to check it---like a doctor needs to check on it's patient. But, in orde for the patient to be checked, they first need to make an appointment. Something that the powers that be, don't want to do...ignorance is bliss.
