Maybe just give his website add if you still have it...i can look for the forum later. Remember him saying he will be starting his own site soon but have yet to see it.

I've seen this old schmoe in Golds a few times and he's hilarious to watch... he flails around with horrible form and uses way too much weight for literally every exercise. Like Jason Genova's retarded old uncle.
