i am cutting but not really intentionally
i'm removed most complex carbs from my diet... no more rice, grain (or grain products like cereal or bread), corn, soybean, etc...
i've even dropped potatoes/yam...
eating lots of green veggies (I do not track them) and a shitload of fat & protein
i track my intake on the Lose It app/website
this is just my new permanent diet...
the only regular source of grain in my diet is beer... because you cannot call yourself a man if you do not drink beer ;D

Looks like a good diet plan.
I use fitday to track my cals but I only use it from my pc....sounds about the same as that lose it app.
Don't you think you'd be better off doing high carb refeeds though?
And yeah beers good as long as I don't drink a whole two-four ;D

no issues with fat consumption... my diet is 40-50% fat every day so i'm used to it i guess
as i said, this isn't a diet for me... it's a lifestyle
the weight loss is just part of the ride i guess
the big change i have made is in my level of daily activity (2xday training sessions minimum including all kinds of new shit like yoga)
just trying something new for fun
