Whoever goes out to buy some expensive sushi, go hit yourself over the head, they are so easy to make yourself and as long as you have the rice ready pretty fast as well.
Took me less than 30 min to do the lot below.

good effort, but the sushi pictured there is not the "expensive" type in restaurants.
sushi is expensive when you get nigiri type which is a slice of freshly caught fish, usually tuna or salmon laying on top of a bed of rice and also sashimi which is the fresh raw fish alone.
the type with the rice rolls pictured there with a bit of vegetable and tuna in the middle is cheap.

Well, to be honest and I found out by talking to one of my members in my team who is married to a japanes woman, if you go to Japan you don't get sushi rolls, you can get them but only if you ask and "normal" japanes don't eat them, what they consider Sushi is the big of rice with the fish slice on top of it.
