My dad checked out at 63 and my wife's grandparents lost their active mobility in their mid-seventies and this chick is running and lifting weights. Wow.

thats impressive, i dont think im gonna make it to 75 but if i do ill be getting wheeled into the gym with i.v in my arms with a oxygen tank keeping me breathing :'(

Surely a 75yr old woman cant retain that muscle tone naturally?Not that she has much but the low bodyfat and a semblance of some muscle for a 75yr old woman?

Of course she can, man we go to far with this natural limitation sometimes, next thing we are going to claim that you can't look like OMRB without juice. ;D
......Anyhow she is very impressive in fact she says she runs 10 miles everyday, that's insane for any age.
