I clicked on that link and all I saw was a pair of bros getting ready and engaging in some lifting. I didn't see anything that was so out of the ordinary.
Sure, the bald guy did some assisted squats with the help of his training partner's cock, but all in all, it looked like a normal training session between a couple of GetBig bros.
If someone could post that picture found in the link where the guys are doing basic "bodyweight" squats to illustrate what I'm talking about, that would be great. This sort of training takes place with MANY IFBB pros behind the scenes.
