I figured I throw an actual bodybuilding question out there.

At what point did you start to slow down, decrease or change up exercises to avoid injuries, aches or pains brought on by age and deterioration over time?

Never. Ive taken on the Branch Warren mentality. Balls-to-the-wall, gut grinding workouts day in and day out. Dont talk to me while Im in the gym. Dont even fucking look at me! Im too hardcore! NEVER SLOW DOWN!

But even branch will have to take a couple kinks out of his chain eventually. I think this is when you start using good old Nubian

It was 33 for me. Started to train different to work around some injuries and realized there were other was to train and still see great results.

The last few years I did less squats & deads (constant pain in the hip/lower back area) and upright rows.
In my current schedule I don't use any of these exercises. I'll miss all three of them :-\

I plan on living to be at least 120.   So When I hit 90, I'll start to take it easy and coast on in.

Somewhere in the 35-45 area, I think. Depends on many factors, like lifestyle, training style, stress, work, genetics, bitches, etc

Cracks me up to see the pros go while they have tendons popping off everywhere. They train till they shit out their organs or become a train wreck Of bodyparts like dorian and ronnie did...lol
