Thats what happens when you dont run a "lot" of worthless dosages and ONLY ON for contest...i also do 45 min of cardio 6 days a week YEAR ROUND and eat no white carbs but on sundays.

The thing is my legs looks like this from about 8 weeks out on usually...once i hit 190lbs (usually diet 16 weeks and starting weight is 205-210)
they just dry out...my main cardio is the stairmaster which i believe is why. I eat very little sodium unless its on sundays. My cheat meal my whole contest prep is usually Sushi around 50 pcs is my personal best ;D

I can't imagine the upper body looking much different than your legs...condition wise obviously.

Dont worry, believe it or not after a I do cardio and get some blood moving they always look like this, like I was saying at about the point i get under 10% bf they just come out....its always been crazy. My legs are the first thing to dry out well. Most guys its the opposite...but I am eating quite a bit until the 5 week out mark...still over 250 carbs, 90 fat and 300 protein right now...sodium is low, but I am not a salt eater anyways...
